Nathan Wills – Managing Partner
Nathan has over twenty year’s successful recruitment experience behind him. His recruitment career commenced in 1987, when he joined Austin Benn, a national sales recruitment company. Having joined on an accelerated management programme, he quickly progressed to manage their Crawley branch. His next career move came as a result of being headhunted by Barchester Royce, a London based Search and Selection consultancy. He was employed to start up and build an architectural sales division which he did for four successful years. His introduction to the IT recruitment sector took place in 1993. Whilst working for Church International, Nathan identified the potential of a new emerging sector in Computer Telephony, the biggest users of which were Contact centres. He focused on this sector for four years before a natural evolution into the Customer Relationship Management arena. It was at this point in his career, and with a thriving network of contacts within this niche sector that Global Interface was born.
Jacky Wills – Partner
Jacky is a co-founder of Global Interface and her role focuses on Research, marketing, and finance for the organisation. Her main focus is on research within our niche sectors, in order to identify individuals with the high level of skill and expertise that our clients demand. Her background is media sales and direct marketing which commenced when she joined Yellow Pages as an advertising sales executive in 1985. Having worked in both Sales and Management positions for local newspapers, her career progressed into the exciting world of Direct Marketing when she joined Findlay Publications Direct Mail as a Sales Executive in 1989. Prior to the launch of Global Interface, Jacky was employed as Sales Manager for Mardev – the direct marketing arm of Reed Elsevier for four very successful years.
